Due to the nature of our products and maintaining hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for opened or used products. However, if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact info@noranorbeauty.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will ask for photos of both the damaged items and the packaging. We will address the issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Additionally, we ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier, as they are responsible for any damage during shipping.
